I can’t figure out how to use the USB Scope.

Sorry you’re having trouble. Regretfully we do not offer technical support on the USB Scope. Have you installed the software? Restarted your computer and tried again? Have you tried it on a different computer? If it’s still not working for you, we’re happy to take it back. Please follow the instructions on this page for making returns.
